[Dovecot] how can i change the content of rejected message

do not do that, you don't look more professional because
showhing what configs you be able to change

if someone speaking english finally get a reject message in whatever
language he won't find it helpful as well i start to laugh if some
exchange server starts to bounce back in french or spain and i have
no idea what it is talking about
