[Dovecot] Plugin antispam - mailtrain realtime sa-learn

Does not work with dovecot2.2 ( plugin rev 990a43d44c73) .  I think Pipe
Backend has been either removed or re-named as Mailtrain.

Generally I'm unable to get the plugin work with dovecot 2.2
