dovecot-lda 2.2.13 crashing when sieve_before used

Yes, my bad. I hadn't actually tested sieve_before pointing to a single
regular file (so not a directory).

Last two commits should fix this.

Ehmm. Don't do that. :) It contains all kinds of highly experimental
code, i.e. it includes the dovecot-2.2-patches and
pigeonhole-0.4-patches patch queues.
