Defer email via LMTP when there is 'no space left on device' instead of rejecting it

that is all fine and true but that don't change the fact that if
there is 'no space left on device' someone did not do his job
properly and a full disk happens all 10 years
do you really think that a mailservers job is to handle
that all 10 years happening mistake special? why?
