[Dovecot] doveadm index - Bug or expected behaviour?

Do you use rfc822mailmember and eppn somewhere? They are no Dovecot
field names, IMHO. Same question applies to EmailQuota and
EmailQuotaSpecial as they both expand to quota_rule.
