Um, I was under the impression Dovecot logged to /var/log/maillog like
Postfix.  I'm not aware of any other log for Dovecot?

I also forgot to add the relevant command in my Postfix main.cf:

mailbox_transport = lmtp:unix:private/dovecot-lmtp
