this use of this rbl is widly broken, dont do it, unless you have fully
understand what you do

with procmail/formail
this also might give you the chance to prefilter only do changes to
broken mail domain setups
you might also write some milter/policy server for submission host etc
and/or poke around with some SRS Solution
