The documentation does not(!) state this. It could be another way of including
the file.

I am talking about a configuration file and this syntax could have complete
different meaning in this context. I have no way of knowing whether the dovecot
config file parser follows this convention. Please don't assume people don't
know the basics just because they ask questions.

I see. In all other places I know dovecot references files simply with "/" so I
still wonder what is so different in this case.
