That depends on what exactly "ARCHIVED" is.

1) is it a "folder" of each user, check out namespaces or symlinks.

2) is it a mailbox with subfolders, check out public namespaces or create 
an user, where the mail location points somewhere else, e.g. via userdb or 
symlinks
