Easiest way to compile dovecot on Ubuntu 14.04

Dear Marc,
Noted.
I just found out on iRedmail the plugins need to be specified in
dovecot.conf instead of dovecot/conf.d/90-plugin.conf .
Making the changes now. Hopefully it should work.
Will check out the testing page.
