Virtual Mailboxes

The first bonehead maneuver seems to be:
location = virtual:/var/mail/%%d/%%n/mdbox/virtual
I'm thinking it should be:
location = virtual:/var/mail/%%d/%%n/mdbox/mailboxes/virtual
But...it didn't seem to make a difference. And if I have the "virtual"
folder tree under a location other than
"/var/mail/domain/user/mdbox/mailboxes" no names appear - so I think I
have the files in the right place. Any ideas?
