Reprocessing MDBOX account to reduce m.* file count

Hmm, thanks, ile give that a try.

Would be nice (if possible, I have no idea of internals) to have some
in-place method for certain things like this that does not affect any
connected clients, ie they can stay connected and the indexes are
updated while moving all data to new storage files.
