Open-Xchage appsuite might fit your needs.

There is an HTTP API for doveadm in v2.2.22 which might suite your needs. Sieve
is supported via ManageSieve. Appsuite has plugin for Managesieve.

Dovecot has Lucene support, if it's not compiled in you can enable it yourself.
