Mail list empty on my mailserver

Where I enable mail_debug ? On /etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-mail.conf ? 

I have 3 mails accounts and the problem is with the 3 e-mails. 

In mail.err logs I see that, when I restart dovecot : 

_IMAP(ACCOUNT at MYDOMAIN.FR): ERROR:
MAILDIR_FILE_DO(/MEDIA/MBOX/VMAIL/MYDOMAIN.FR/ACCOUNT/MAILDIR/CUR/1490801041.M315731P26004.RASP-SRV2,S=2353,W=2425:2,S):
FILENAME KEEPS CHANGING_
