This Problem was also solved, when i solved the problem, that dovecot
marked every mail as \Recent and Unseen which was moving to another mailbox.
The solution was i my case:

Removing the INDEXPVT from mail_location

mail_location = maildir:/var/mail/%u/Maildir:LAYOUT=fs:INDEX=/var/lib/dovecot/db/indexes/Maildir/%u:INDEXPVT=/var/lib/dovecot/db/indexes/Maildir/%u:CONTROL=/var/lib/dovecot/db/control/Maildir/%u

so that it looked like

mail_location = maildir:/var/mail/%u/Maildir:LAYOUT=fs:INDEX=/var/lib/dovecot/db/indexes/Maildir/%u:CONTROL=/var/lib/dovecot/db/control/Maildir/%u
