Git / Compilation error

I already have this file (dovecot compilation was working fine until 
recent git)

[root at gjserver dovecot]# ls -al /usr/share/aclocal/gettext.m4
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 14488 Aug  4  2020 /usr/share/aclocal/gettext.m4
