Don't count namespace space in quota

Thanks for the suggestion.

That wasn't enough, finally found it!

The quota dict wasn't properly configured and were including all 
namespaces in the counting.

Instead of:

quota = dict:FileQuota:ns=:file:%h/dovecot-quota

I now have:

quota = dict:FileQuota::ns=:file:%h/dovecot-quota

The namespace selector were in the wrong parameter due to a missing : 
delimiter
