Dovecot does not start on MacOS 12.01

Same issue in 2.3.17

dovecot-2.3.17.tar.gz:

make install

 ./configure --with-dovecot=/usr/local/Cellar/dovecot/2.3.17/lib/dovecot --prefix=/usr/local/Cellar/dovecot/2.3.17
make
make install

sudo /usr/local/opt/dovecot/sbin/dovecot -F
