I was testing that on my own 2.3.19.1 build.

I can test anything that's in form of source/patch that I can build on 
custom Linux distro here.

Tried guessing urls like https://repo.dovecot.org/ce-latest-2.3 but 404, 
so don't know which version is "ce-latest-2.3".
