  Yes! If I want to see the attachments, I will tell it when I am

ready. Otherwise, just mention they are there.

4. When I actually am downloading a larger attachment or doing some other long running operation, don't block the UI or anything. Create a new IMAP connection if needed.

  And have that new connection for this long download thingie.
