service managesieve-login { inet_listener sieve { port = 4190 address = 127.0.0.1 }

I restarted dovecot but: tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4190 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN 0 522413 22288/dovecot

Why is this not working?
