If you're looking for something iPhone-compatible, then "no." Theirs is a proprietary system which from what I've read, seems to use SMS in combination with IMAP. Wacky.

(If you aren't talking about iPhone compatibility, I'm less knowledgeable, but dovecot does support IDLE-style "imap push" style notification.)
Hmm, seems yes. Osx Leopard built in Mail application have now the IDLE check box. Does it mean, that now need to use the classic "check for new mail after xx minute" at all? Btw, seems in Thunderbird this imap push works well.
