[Dovecot] dovecot --Err Plaintext authentication disabled

Hi Following my last posts, i succeed to connect pop3 in localhost but not in mydomain.org (with dovecot 0.99 it worked) I have this error :

-ERR Plaintext authentication disabled. Thanks
