[Dovecot] Converting huge mbox to Dovecot mbox + indexes

Migrating from UW IMAP/Qpopper mbox to Dovecot mbox.

I have ~500 users, some with HUGE mbox (500MB-1GB), is there a script to create the Dovecot indexes at night to help speed up the migration process.

Any idea.
