It says to=<MAILER-DAEMON@> so I'd guess the Return-Path: header in the message was that?
Could you have a look at this case again?
The messages to deliver have the smtp "mail from" and Return-Path set to <>. (they're bounces)
I guess it's Postfix that adds the MAILER-DAEMON there. I get this:

Anyway, what it was supposed to do was just log it:
deliver(tss): May 15 20:24:41 Info: msgid=: Return-Path missing, rejection reason: Quota exceeded
