[Dovecot] IMAP bandwidth

Hi,

I want to calculate the bandwidth usage of the IMAP protocol. POP3 displays a message when the connection is closed about the transfered bytes. In an old mailinglist post I found this message:

Is this patch integrated or is there another way to calculate the bandwidth for IMAP connections?
