Wietse Venema gave this answer on the same question on the postfix mailinglist:
" The list server adds its own DKIM-Signature: on behalf of the domain postfix.org, AND it adds ARC headers and Authentication-Results: for the message as received before modiification and redistribution.
However it does NOT remove existing DKIM-Signature: headers that are no longer matching header and body content. "
I would guess the same applies for this list.
