Either fetch the mail for other accounts into the already sync'd IMAP account, e.g. using getmail, or:

• define several OfflineIMAP accounts (can be in the same conf file), each talking to a different local IMAP account
• tell your Gnus about these multiple local IMAP accounts

Thanks, that seems to work. (though now I have problems with gnus and offlineimap :()
