dovecot.list.index.log dovecot.mailbox.log dovecot-uidvalidity

Only for flatcurve indexes.

mail_index_path = ~/Indexes

all indexes are saved to this new location, not just flatcurve

Correct. Flatcurve is a mail index, so it uses the same setting as all other mail indexes.

If you want a different path, you will need to edit the source code.
