Oops, wrong mailing list. I meant to send this to the roundcube mailing list.

Roudcube user here, talking to dovecot.

I've just verified something I thought was true. If you select one or more messages in roundcube, then press shift-delete on the keyboard, and confirm the deletion, it DOES skip the trash folder. Exactly what you're after.

I've got roundcube 1.4.11, but I am pretty sure that I saw the same behavior with 1.3.9.
