[dovecot] spam / updates

I guess I underestimated the spammers :) This list is subscribers-only now.

As for dovecot, I've been cleaning the code and probably will continue with that some time. I was also thinking about moving the authentication code into separate (SASL) library which could then be plugged into other software, such as postfix.
