In 1.2.12 or there abouts how do changes in the dovecot.conf happen? After doing the sig HUP I have noted there is generally a delay in the recognition of items in my .conf. An example I had logging set off, turned it on and it was several restarts before I again saw logging? This delay is driving me nuts in trying to figure out what needs to change.
