For starters, if you're using a version greater than 1.0beta5 (and you should), then you need to reverse what you have on your login line from "master*marc@perkel.com" to "marc*master@perkel.com". Beta4 and 5 had it incorrect, and Timo fixed it in beta6. It's noted on the Wiki.
