After upgrade from version 1.1.4 to 1.1.6, got following error when dovecot starts
- Starting dovecot ... Fatal: userdb didn't return a home directory, but mail location used it (%h): /var/spool/postfix/virtual/%h Error: imap dump-capability process returned 89 Fatal: Invalid configuration in /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf
This error has been corrected: http://hg.dovecot.org/dovecot-1.1/rev/2fbd36039526 http://hg.dovecot.org/dovecot-1.1/rev/cbde69815b8a

One workaround is to use ~ instead of %h. It'll log errors, but it still works.
