[Dovecot] Error indexing mbox file

Hello i'm using dovecot to host over 5000 email accounts on my server, and sometimes when logging in to an account with the correct login/password it raise an error like this :

Error indexing mbox file /var/mail/username: LF not found where expected

It becomes more and more frequent. does anybody have a solution for this ?
