[Dovecot] can't compile on redhat 9

      hi,
while the current cvs compile on redhat 8.0 on redhat 9 gives the
following error:
checking whether va_lists can be copied by value... yes
./configure: line 14217: syntax error near unexpected token SSL,' ./configure: line 14217:     PKG_CHECK_MODULES(SSL, openssl)'
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.84419 (%build)
any tip what can be the reason? thanks.
