Can you get gdb backtrace?

gdb --args doveadm -v ... run bt full

Or if that doesn't produce valid output:

ulimit -c unlimited doveadm -v ... gdb doveadm core bt full

If you don't have gdb, I guess dbx backtrace works too, but I'm not entirely sure how that thing works.
