The last change I made was to out uncomment pop3_uidl_format as I was suggested yesterday.

It looks like you're logging in fine now but you have no mail in your INBOX ... you should check your configuration to make sure that where YOU think the mailbox and where DOVECOT thinks the mailbox are match.
