Updating wiki content

Greetings, I'd like to contribute to the Dovecot wiki in regards to clients that lack the ability to support SNI. However the captcha doesn't make sense, I get a question "What do you do to prevent spam?". This is a loaded question which I'm uncertain what the answer should be.
