It looks like you have defined this list in your ~/.muttrc mailboxes variable. The rawlog you showed later also indicates these mailboxes do not exist.

What about this setting instead:

set folder=imap://ds@homedirs/ mailboxes
=ADMIN
=DOVECOT
=Drafts
...
...
