I would prefer something like:
Autoreply to: <original subject>
Nevermind... I thought 'Out of Office' autoreplies were being discussed...
For this, I would prefer:
REJECTED (see body for details): <original subject>
Although thats kind of long, so you could leave off the (see body for details)...
