IRC channel link on the website

Dear all,

On the Dovecot website, I noticed that the IRC link isn't clickable:

https://www.dovecot.org/support/

The Markdown-esque square brackets suggest to me that this should be a hyperlink, but it's just plain text at the moment. The other issue is that there is no hash symbol before the channel name, so even if it were clickable the user's IRC client would start a private message rather than join the channel.
