[Dovecot] Question: dovecot-1.2.17 , pop3

you have written in your Dovecot 2.2.5 - Changelog that you have solved a Problem with pop3. *· pop3: Avoid assert-crash if client disconnects during LIST.*

My question is: Is it possible to get this problem with my version? 1.2.17 ?
