What does it mean, anyway?
It means you've compiled dovecot with --enable-debug. It's mainly useful for developers and it gives these kind of "useless" warnings.
In this case it might be better to increase the pool's initial size so it doesn't have to be grown. But since the environment pool is large enough for other processes it just means delivering is wasting a lot of space for adding environment variables.
