And since it looks like it doesn't matter all that much with non-XFS, I don't think I'll bother.
My 30 second benchmark runs showed this today:

So fsync_disable=yes does help a bit, but not nearly as much as in the XFS benchmark where none -> f+m change gave 2-4x higher performance.
