I am testing out the new Dovecot 1.2.beta1 software. I am getting reports from people using POP3 that it randomly drops connections. Looking at the log file I see that the POP3 process they were connecting to panics and dumps a Raw bactrace. Below is a copy of the logs (IP addresses striped for security):
