[Dovecot] Postfix SMTP AUTH patch updated

There was a small protocol change in later 1.0-test releases which made the older patches not to work. Updated the patch for Postfix 2.1.5 and added patch for Postfix 2.2.1. I also tested that it works with Dovecot 1.0-stable releases. So, if you're interested:
