I was on the wrong path, because my Rocky 8 still used proxy_maybe being always the same host as the proxy itself. So I thought it was working.

The Docker stack in fact used different machines. And obviously I did not test it well enough.

I will fix it soon. Then this will become an alternative for Director setups with dynamic backend routing.
