[Dovecot] feature request: pipe for custom quota dict queries

Just a followup to my previous post. I appears that a pipe for quota

queries via dict is not supported right now. Because of the way we group things we need more flexibility. I'd like to propose that dovecot should support quota queries just like userdb dict queries. My expertise is not C, but I might try to poke around and see if I can make something work.
