Not using Dovecot directly. Maybe you can conjure something with your MTA, e.g. by making Dovecot submit outgoing messages to a special SMTP port (use submission_host setting). But that would also affect bounce messages, Sieve notify and Sieve reject.

I must say I have no experience with that.
